I bought a Sony Vaio IntelCore i3(500 GB, 4 GB RAM, Windows 7) but it works very slow and I dont know why.?

I opened the Windows Task Manager and a lot of processes are working for example three time Iexplorer.exe *32, PowerManager.exe *32 and some Vaio programs. I already ended process or ended process tree, but the come up again alone.
